Administration Executive

Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and
security of our premises, employees, and visitors, as well as assisting in
various administrative tasks in the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. To maintain stationery stock (pen, notebook, pencil etc.)
2. Visiting card, I card, printing
3. M64/G1 water cooler maintenance
4. Office Repair & Maintenance Planning
5. Guest Arrangements (Lunch, Transport etc.)
6. Electricity Bill & Water Bill filling
7. House Keeping Management
8. Both units area (Shop and open space) cleaning
9. Toilet, urinals cleaning and maintenance
10. Gardening
11. Security Planning Management
12. Workers checking for safety
13. Vehicle checking and entry in register
14. visitors entry, gate pass checking
15. staff, workers gate pass checking
16. Hotel Rooms Booking & cross check hotel bills
17. Provide Tea, water, or any other thing.
18. new sim card purchase & mobile bills payments
19. Medicine purchase and distribute both unit
20. Uniform arrangement data provide to Purchase dept.
21. Monthly meeting Lunch & other Guest Lunch Arrangement
22. Grampanchyat and MIDC issue handle
23. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and
procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
24. Conduct regular security patrols to identify and address any
security risks or breaches.
25.. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect and respond
to security threats
26. Coordinate with external security agencies and law
enforcement authorities as needed.
27. Conduct security training for employees on safety protocols
and emergency procedures.
28. Manage access control systems and ensure only authorized
personnel enter the premises.

resolutions.
30. Assist in daily administrative tasks such as filing, data
entry, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls & and travel
arrangements for staff

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as Admin Officer or
similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of Admin operations and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
efficiently.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control systems.
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
