We are **urgently looking for an Administration Coordinator for Healthcare/ Doctor’s hiring.**

We are seeking a highly capable healthcare resourcing coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Human Resources department.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating doctor’s hiring, updating the data bank, keeping company policies up-to-date, and assisting in the hiring process.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate hiring records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.

Join us and make a significant impact on our Admin processes and overall organizational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process for the Healthcare Division
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits.

**Requirements and skills**
- Good IT skills
- Basic knowledge of Healthcare Operations.
- Experience using spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
- Graduate with knowledge in healthcare

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
