**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and monitoring implementation plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated project schedules as agreed with project stakeholder/lead.
- Ensure that all team members understand the scope of the project as well as what they are individually responsible for including deadlines.
- Communicating relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project’s requirements, unexpected barriers etc.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

**Required Skill**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
- Certified associate in project management or Project Management Professional preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Demonstration of a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with a diverse group of company personnel.
- Ability to research, compile, coordinate, review, document, organize, verify data, conduct independent analysis and identify inconsistencies.
