**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Proficient in using **Microsoft Excel and Word** for data entry, document creation, and basic analysis.
- Ability to operate office equipment, including printers and other office machinery.
- Basic knowledge of networking and systems to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary.
- Maintain a neat and organised office space.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with office equipment operation, including printers.
- Basic understanding of networking and systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Note**: Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- UK shift
- US shift
