**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**: Work closely with leads to convert them into business opportunities for our company’s software and services.
- **Quoting and Negotiation**: Create suitable quotes, follow up with clients, and engage in negotiations as required.
- **Revenue Generation**: Solicit and obtain purchase orders to generate revenue.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Build trust and rapport with clients by providing regular updates on ongoing orders and ensuring timely service delivery.
- **Internal Coordination**: Collaborate with different internal departments to ensure seamless execution of orders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Any graduate with an additional certificate in customer service or relevant experience in a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- **Sales Tactics**: Familiarity with negotiation techniques and other sales strategies.
- **Goal-oriented**: driven by business targets and consistently striving for success.
- **Time Management**: Upholds standards of self-motivation and remains calm under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
