**Summary**

**KEY Responsibilities**
- **Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.**:

- **Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects.**:

- **Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor product offerings to meet those needs.**:

- **Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.**:

- **Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for closures.**:

- **Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.**:

- **Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.**:

- **Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.**

**Skills and Experience**
- **Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B and B2C environment.**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**:

- **Strong listening and negotiation skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**:

- **Proficiency Microsoft Office suite.**:

- **Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus.**
