**Personal Assistant to CEO**
**Location**: Nashik
**Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact between CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and engagements.
- Support CEO with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,904.45 - ₹49,895.97 per month
