**Job Title: Personal Executive to Chief Managing Director (CMD)**
**Position Overview**:
The Personal Executive to CMD will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Managing Director, ensuring the smooth functioning of the CMD's office and facilitating effective communication between the CMD and internal/external stakeholders.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**:
Manage the CMD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and coordinate tasks to ensure efficient time management for the CMD.
**Communication Management**:
Draft and review correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CMD.
Facilitate effective communication between the CMD and various stakeholders.
**Information Management**:
Organize and maintain confidential information and documentation.
Ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to the CMD.
**Meeting Coordination**:
Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the CMD.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
**Task Prioritization**:
Anticipate the needs of the CMD and proactively address issues.
Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure the CMD's time is optimized.
**Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the CMD and various departments.
**Project Support**:
Assist in the execution of special projects assigned by the CMD.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Confidentiality Management**:
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Ensure that confidentiality is maintained in all interactions and communications.
**Travel Coordination**:
Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for the CMD.
Ensure travel logistics are well-managed and cost-effective.
**Administrative Functions**:
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Manage office supplies and ensure the CMD's office is well-organized.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in providing executive support at a high level.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
**Reporting Structure**:
The Personal Executive to CMD will report directly to the CMD.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
