**Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator**
**Location**: [Palda Indore ]
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office procedures and contributing to the overall organizational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems.
- **Office Operations**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees.
- Facilitate communication within the organization by disseminating information and responding to inquiries.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist in coordinating projects by tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and communicating with team members.
- Prepare and distribute project-related documentation as required.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
