Computer Operator Office Admin Female Only

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including but not limited to balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular financial audits to identify and correct discrepancies or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
