**Job Title: Support Coordinator**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive and Administrative Support**:
- Efficiently manage executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, prioritizing and coordinating commitments to optimize their time.
- Handle incoming communications, act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
- Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, collate materials, and coordinate logistics, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- **Project and Team Support**:
- Assist in analyzing client requirements, planning, and allocating work to the team while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards within budget and timelines.
- Support continuous project monitoring and updates, facilitate clear communication of client requirements to the team, and collaborate with team members to ensure successful project completion.
- **Client and Marketing Support**:
- Address client concerns, maintain relationships through regular communication, and support in client follow-ups for project closures and payments.
- Engage in marketing communications, assist in the creation of marketing content, organization of promotional events, and support sales strategies by aiding in initial meetings with clients.
- **Documentation and Resource Management**:
- Manage and organize documents, reports, and other materials, maintaining an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Support in assigning tasks and resources based on project needs and assist in ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve project milestones.
- **Virtual Work and Communication Tools Proficiency**:
- Manage Zoom meetings and monitor remote work to ensure productivity, utilizing office software and communication tools proficiently.
- **Confidentiality and Relationship Building**:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Ms office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information, and a commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Salary range: 15-17k.**
Additional Requirements:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills to support critical functions across business analyst, project management, and marketing disciplines.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
