**The Administration Executive will provide administrative support as follows**:

- Sourcing, Shopping & Returns - for Employer, Kids, Immediate Family Members & Guests
- Manage vehicles’ maintenance, motor insurance, road tax & roadside recovery services
- Coordinating and management of ground transportation requirements for the Family & Guests
- Management and execution of all Lifestyle related items such as Movies, Shows, Dining, Events etc.
- Administration of medical insurance claims
- Manage expenses reporting based on actual incurred
- Gather and provide timely inputs to help generate other financial reports relating to Employer
- Provide weekly activity reporting
- Assist in ad hoc assignments from time to time

**To be an effective Administration Executive, you should possess the following attributes**:

- At least 5 years of experience in administration and/or secretarial work with exposure to
- Family office or private household or in hospitality and service industry.
- Deep sense of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
- High service aptitude, great degree of flexibility to deal with changes
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skill, interpersonal & time management skills
- Proficiency in use of MS Office word Processing and spreadsheet
- Languages: English and Kannada is a must; Tamil and Hindi are good to have

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
