**Job Description**:
**Position : Administration & Operation Executive for Expertise Family**

Department code : CI/XS ; Target reporting to : CI/XS

Desired Level : Level 50/ 51

CI/XS is an Expertise family based out of India. There are around 600+ associates in India. Expertise family holds world wide responsibility for certain select competencies. The major responsibility includes Staffing business demands, development of the competency of associates, engaging with external partners and Development of associates.

As an Admin & Operations Executive, you will support XS and the leadership team of XS in managing some of the operational and administrative activities within the Expertise family. You will also handle the communication within the world wide team of XS.

You will be an integral part of the Expertise family and will have to effectively handle all the assigned responsibilities, complete the assigned tasks on time and be willing to learn and contribute.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for executing the operational and administrative activities within XS. To name a few.
- Operationalizing the strategic short and mid term plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Co-ordination of commercial activities like Budgets, Capacity and skill Planning, tracking and reporting of the same
- Administrator for IT tools like MS Teams, Planisware, etc.
- Coordinate with necessary stakeholders in collecting and sharing information related XS
- Managing the internal communication to XS associates (Blogs, Social media, Mails, townhalls, Info sessions etc. )
- Monthly Tracking and Reporting of KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, etc.
- Interaction with world wide teams to share and receive required information

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration & Management) from a reputed institute
- Expertise in basic Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, One Note etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Needs to be IT savy and quite proficient on IT tools and social media
- Self motivated, organized and result oriented person with creative ideas
- Willingness to learn new topics
- Flexibility to work outside normal working hours to ensure connect with world wide teams working in different time zones
- Prior experience in a similar role, working in an International eco system would be added advantage
