**About the position**

We are looking for a detail-oriented “Customer Support Representative” to contribute to the achievement of service targets by supporting service engineers, coordinating service activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The technical customer support coordinator's responsibilities include supporting service, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a team of representatives offering technical customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Creating policies and procedures.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales and service records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Selecting and hiring new staff.
- Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate can apply. (B.Tech | B.E. | Diploma (Electronics) | BCA - MCA |B.Sc(Computers) | B.Com(Computers).
- Any Graduate with Technical Experience of minimum 6 Months can apply.
- Experience as a technical customer support or in administration may be advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, works in a fast-paced environment, and meets deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,018.87 - ₹25,682.34 per month
