A Guest Relations Executive is a vital part of the hospitality industry, responsible for ensuring guests have a positive experience during their stay. Their role typically involves:
**Guest Interaction**: Greeting guests, assisting with check-ins/check-outs, and handling inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
**Customer Service**: Providing exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
**Problem Resolution**: Addressing any issues or complaints from guests effectively and finding solutions to ensure their happiness.
**Information Dissemination**: Providing information about the hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and amenities to guests.
**Coordination**: Coordinating with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
**Reservations and Bookings**: Assisting guests with reservations, bookings, and handling any modifications or cancellations.
**VIP Guest Handling**: Giving special attention to VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing personalized services as required.
**Feedback Collection**: Soliciting feedback from guests about their experience and using it to improve services.
**Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests.
**Sales and Upselling**: Promoting additional services or upgrades to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
