As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of Walls Sky Interiors Private Limited, which includes the following key responsibilities:
- **Client Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire project journey from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Generate bills for clients, ensuring accurate and transparent invoicing for all project-related services and products.
- Oversee the payment process with clients, including setting payment schedules and following up on due payments.
- Coordinate the final project handover process, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- **Vendor Coordination**:
- Manage all aspects of vendor relationships, including placing orders for materials and equipment required for interior projects.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure cost-effective deals that align with the company’s budget and project requirements.
- Oversee vendor payments, ensuring timely processing of invoices and adherence to payment schedules.
- Maintain bill receipts and records for all vendor transactions.
- **Team Coordination and Reporting**:
- Collect daily progress reports from all team members, including designers, carpenters, electricians, and other professionals involved in each project.
- Maintain detailed records of each project’s progress, employee performance, and any issues that arise during execution.
- Identify bottlenecks or challenges in project execution and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Provide clear instructions and guidelines to the team to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Report directly to the Managing Director with updates on project status, team performance, and any critical issues.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs and requirements, and present them with appropriate design solutions and services.
- Develop strategies to convert leads into confirmed projects, focusing on delivering a personalized and professional client experience.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support even after the project's completion.
**Social Media and Marketing Management**:
- Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and promotional materials that showcase the company’s interior design projects and services.
- Monitor social media channels for client inquiries, comments, and messages, responding promptly to maintain positive engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements to increase online visibility and attract more potential clients.
