Job Description:
As a Printing Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machinery to produce top-notch print materials. Your expertise in operating various printing equipment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will ensure the production of flawless prints that meet our clients' specifications. You will work closely with our production team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of print orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain printing machinery such as offset printers, digital printers, and/or screen printers.
- Review job orders, specifications, and artwork files to understand printing requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor print quality during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished prints to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in printing operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Printing Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of printing machinery, including offset printers, digital printers, and/or screen printers.
- Familiarity with different printing techniques, color management, and pre-press processes.
- Proficient in interpreting job orders, specifications, and artwork files.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot printing equipment issues.
