Punching/diecutting Operator

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate BOBST Diecutting machines such as Novacut, Speria, Iberica, etc. as per job requirements and company's standard operating procedures.
- Set-up and adjust the machine to ensure proper cutting, punching, and finishing of the product.
- Monitor the machine's performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and ensure efficient production.
- Check and maintain the cutting and punching mechanisms, make necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning, and ensure proper cleaning of the machine and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the diecutting process.
- Maintain production records and reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

- SSC/HSC/ITI or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in operating BOBST diecutting machines such as Novacut, Speria, Iberica, etc. in the Offset Printing Packaging industry.
- Knowledge of diecutting processes, including pre-press, press, and post-press operations.
- Proficiency in operating BOBST diecutting machines, including knowledge of set-up, quality control, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the diecutting process.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
