Diecutting/punching Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Independently handle the shift and plan all activities for the division/section as per the production plan and schedule.
- Allocate work to the team members and ensure timely completion of the assigned tasks.
- Ensure quality standards are met as per the company's guidelines and customer requirements.
- Plan and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of the products.
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure the efficient use of manpower, materials, tools, and other resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain production records and reports as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues and escalate to the senior management if required.
- Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Printing/Packaging or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the Offset Printing Packaging industry with a focus on die-cutting and punching.
- Knowledge of die-cutting and punching machines and tools used in the printing and packaging industry.
- Ability to handle the shift independently and plan all activities and allocation of work for the shift as per the production plan and schedule.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments and team members.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Daman, Daman and Diu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
