**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Officer/s to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's water treatment products and services to potential and existing clients. The role requires someone who is comfortable with a customer-facing environment, has strong sales skills, and a passion for environmental sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Target Achievement**:
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and meeting sales targets for water treatment products and services.
**Market Research & Lead Generation**:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, understand their water treatment needs, and create tailored solutions. Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
**Product Presentation & Demonstration**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the features and benefits of water treatment solutions. Ensure clients understand how our solutions meet their specific needs.
**Sales Reporting & Forecasting**:
- Track and report on sales activities and performance. Provide regular updates on pipeline development, sales forecasting, and customer feedback.
**Negotiation & Closing Deals**:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable deals while maintaining company standards. Close sales and ensure the smooth transition to the operations team.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to support client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
**Customer Feedback & Market Insights**:
- Gather customer feedback on products and services, and provide insights to the product development team to enhance offerings.
**Skills & Qualifications**:*
**Experience:**
0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the water treatment, environmental solutions, or related industries.
**Education:**
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field is preferred.
**Sales Skills:**
Strong ability to prospect new clients, close deals, and manage customer relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Communication:**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
**Negotiation Skills:**
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with an understanding of pricing, contracts, and business terms.
**Customer-Oriented:**
Focused on delivering value to customers, building long-term relationships, and offering tailored solutions.
**Tech-Savvy:**
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
**Self-Motivated & Result-Oriented:**
Self-starter with a high degree of motivation, able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:*
**Travel:**
Frequent travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding regions to meet clients and prospects.
**Work Environment:**
Office-based with regular field visits.
