**Location**: Bhopal
**Working Days**: 6
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Perform back-office tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining, organizing, and updating documentation.
- Address and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and manage attendance records accurately while coordinating with project offices.
- Handle incoming calls, redirect them to the relevant departments, and manage overall communication.
- Manage courier services and handle related correspondence effectively.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Any graduate
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and coordination skills.
