- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and senior management.
- Prepare and maintain important documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and meetings.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Ensure accurate data entry and update databases with relevant information.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Handle confidential documents and ensure secure storage of sensitive information.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to requests.
- Coordinate internal meetings and appointments for staff or management.
- Assist in communicating key information or updates to relevant teams.
- **Client & Vendor Coordination**:

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
