**Job Description**:
Position: Facebook Media Buyer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute data-driven Facebook advertising campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives and KPIs.

2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and market trends.

3. Collaborate with our creative team to create compelling and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

4. Constantly monitor and optimize ad performance, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and reach campaign goals.

5. Implement A/B testing methodologies to fine-tune ad performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Facebook advertising.

7. Provide regular performance reports and data analysis, offering actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.

8. Coordinate with the broader marketing team to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to digital marketing initiatives.

9. Proactively identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns and exploring new advertising channels.

10. Should have basic knowledge of Shopify, from Setup of Shopify to designing.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer or in a similar digital marketing role, with a strong track record of successful ad campaigns.

2. Expertise in setting up and managing Facebook Ads Manager, including proficiency in campaign structuring and optimization techniques.

3. In-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting, and ad formats.

4. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to interpret performance metrics.

5. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and other stakeholders.

6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Understanding of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.

8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
