**Senior Media Buyer Job Description**
**Position Overview**:*
**Key Responsibilities**:*
**1. *Campaign Strategy and Execution**:*
- Develop and implement comprehensive CPL/CPA campaigns on Google Ads or Facebook Ads to achieve targeted customer acquisition goals.
- Utilize market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
**2. *Cross-Functional Collaboration**:*
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and product, to align campaign objectives with overall business goals.
- Work closely with the creative team to optimize ad creatives for performance and engagement.
**3. *Optimization and Analysis**:*
- Conduct ongoing optimization of ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
**4. *Market Awareness**:*
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Proactively identify and recommend new opportunities for growth and improvement.
**5. *Media Partner Relationships**:*
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with media partners and affiliate networks to secure favorable terms and optimize campaign reach.
- Explore and onboard new media partners and affiliate network that align with campaign objectives and target audience.
**Qualifications**:*
**1. *Professional Experience**:*
- Proven track record as a Media Buyer, with a specific focus on CPL/CPA campaigns using Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
**2. *Analytical Skills**:*
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in A/B testing, landing page testing, audience segmentation, and leveraging data to optimize campaign performance.
**3.** **Digital Marketing Expertise**:
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in online advertising.
**4.** **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
**Education and Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Google Ads certification is highly desirable.
