**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Executive, Documentation will be responsible for managing and overseeing all documentation processes related to the manufacturing operations within the ATL Primary Metals function at ATL. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of production and compliance documents. The individual will work closely with various departments to streamline documentation processes and support regulatory and quality assurance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive documentation systems, including production records, quality control reports, and compliance documents.
- Ensure that all production, quality, and compliance documentation is accurately recorded, filed, and maintained in both physical and digital formats.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies related to documentation and record-keeping practices.
- Perform accurate data entry and data verification tasks, ensuring that all documentation reflects current and correct information.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by organizing relevant documentation and addressing any issues identified during audits.
- Implement and manage document control procedures to ensure that all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and version controlled.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and compliance, to gather, review, and distribute documentation as needed.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with documentation, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Manage the archiving and retrieval of historical documents, ensuring that records are preserved in accordance with legal and company requirements.

**Education and Certifications**:
Bsc (Physics or Chemistry), BSc Computers or any other related fields

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in a documentation or administrative role within any manufacturing environment.

**Technical / Functional Expertise & other competencies**:

- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in managing and reviewing documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and maintain systematic records.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-point ).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate documentation requirements and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to documentation and record-keeping.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues related to documentation discrepancies or process inefficiencies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation supports overall operational objectives.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing documentation requirements and evolving company needs.
