**Position Overview**:
We are looking for passionate Sales Officers to support business growth and expand our customer base in Kochi. As an entry-level Sales Officer, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and product knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with less than 1 year of sales experience to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating leads and prospecting new clients through various channels.
- Support the sales team in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing sales documents and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer inquiries.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Motivated and eager to learn, with a passion for sales and the construction industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Previous sales experience or internships in a related field is a plus but not required.
