- Expense and Cost booking
- Staff reimbursements / Overtime work booking
- Daily Cash Flow / Daily Fund Flow
- Preparing Bank reconciliation
- New customer sales & Ledger creation
- New customers salesperson detail & MOU
- Inter-branch Customers transfer entries (Daily)
- Inter-branch Expense transfer entries (Daily)
- Customer reconciliation & Clearing accounts
- GST inputs reconciliation (GST paid to Suppliers/Vendors)
- Issue of reminders / Notices to Customers & Vendors for any variances
- Monthly Bad debts checking
- Contributing to customer payment recovery
- Co-ordination customer service team
- Employee Investment proofs and revising Tax calculation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Strong time management skills / Eye for detail
- Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. ERP)
- Immediate Joiners

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
