**Job Summary**
- To offer full administrative support to the CTO
- Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of CTO including appointments, meetings and travel.
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the CTO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, and prepare agendas.
- Provide executive and administrative support to CTO.
- Responsible for organizing CTO travel and logistics including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling and completing expenses.
- Secretarial support for meetings as and when required by the CTO, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders, confirming venues and arranging refreshments. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by the CTO.
- Communicating important updates and as required by CTO.
- Structure the calendar of events.

- In-depth knowledge of Personal Secretary's job profile with previous experience as Personal Assistant to MD / Director / CEO
- Ability to take good decisions and handle multiple tasks

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
