- 5 years of experience in hotel management
- Minimum experience:

- 1-3 year of experience in Housekeeping Supervisor or related

Education:

- Degree or Diploma in hotel management

Eligibility:

- Only Males

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile introduction:

- Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor and be a crucial part of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Train, supervise, and motivate team members to uphold exceptional cleaning standards.
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of housekeeping processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
