**Moulding Supervisors**

Location**:Ambad Nasik**

Roles and Responsibilities:

- To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes.
- To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the organization quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Monitor, measure and report on production related process performance, general issues.
- To ensure good communication is given either verbally or written to all members of staff and workers.
- SOP, process parameter sheet display after mold change.
- Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and Addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
- To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy.
- Problem solving and troubling shooting skills are used to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand.
- Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and optimizing Process flow for manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
- To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools. Responsibility of shift changes over. (Strong communication between two shifts).
- To ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift
- Ensure optimum utilization of available resource, minimize wastages in the factory.
- Allocation & Handling and Controlling of Manpower in Shifts.
- Continuously monitoring and controlling of process parameters for Achieve desired production target and efficiency on day to day basis.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality control within limits.
- Managing the functions of preventive/breakdown maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic machines, utilities to reduce downtime to minimum and Electrical maintenance.
- To have an active role in the companies continuous improvement plan to achieve plans for future growth within the company
- Monitor and set Process Parameter for all production machines to optimism production.
- Responsible for documentation of TS / ISO / QMS activities SOP sheet during dept.
- Implement & Monitor 5S, Kaizen, 8D & 4M & safety and Zero Accident Compliance on Shop floor.
- Maintain discipline in the factor and ensure safe operation and good housekeeping in the factory.
- Should have excellent communication skills with a leadership quality.
- To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced all shift in line with the organization quality systems, processes and procedures.
- Ensure production as per plan & meet multiple quality system requirements of various OEMs. Shift Handling,

Experience & Skills required:
**2-3 years in Plastic molding in Production (Preferrable1 years in Plastic molding in Production & Maintenance Dept)**

Qualification**:Diploma in Plastics Processing / DME / ITI/ B.E. / B. Tec**
