Role Proficiency:
Perform tasks supporting one or more verticals / functions and provide high quality administrative assistance. Identify discuss and initiate new processes in consultation with team leads. Provides Executive assistance to CXO

Outputs Expected:
Administrative Tasks:

- Provide business support to one or more vertical/functions or provide professional and confidential administrative assistance to the Leadership.
- Coordinate with different teams and support Account/function/leadership in process changes or new process/policy roll out
- Collect and analyse information on specific business problems and as directed by the manager
- Prepare and Publish MIS reports
- Perform any other duties or tasks consistent with the level and position and as directed by the manager.
- The incumbent has no supervisory responsibilities
- Must be able to travel to other centres if required on official duties

Executive Assistance:

- Coordinate / manage business travel
conference / meeting bookings and accommodation for the Leadership
- Compile itineraries for corporate travel
including the preparation of agenda’s / briefing documents and background research required for meetings and appointments

Reporting to - global Program Manager, Office of Values and Culture Good communication and presentation skills - verbal and written Good inter-personal skills with warm and pleasant networking capabilities and managing relationships with a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, NGOs in the program countries. - Work with the CSR volunteers’ teams at Chennai and other locations in India for driving the CSR projects. - Stakeholder management - Engage with the key stakeholders, internal and external, liaising with CSR partners, NGO partners on ground teams - volunteering and other engagements as and when solicited by UST Global Welfare foundation - End to end project management and monitoring of CSR projects of UST in India by implementing the best project management practices to meet the timeline, budget, and social goals of the projects in the areas of Health, Education, Livelihood, Disaster relief and Environment. - Event Management - Organize various events related to CSR with help of various internal functions & external agencies. - Reporting and Communication - Compile all data and reports from volunteers and NGO partners for developing Quarterly, half yearly and annual CSR reports. -support in writing and developing internal and external communication stories, blogs and posts. - Volunteering - To handle volunteering - CSR management - Managing inhouse CSR and volunteering portal. - Assist Global Program Manager CSR and Sustainability for CSR planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation at National and Global level.
