We are looking for a Sales Executive / Sr. Executive for Embrace Hotels an growing Hotel Brand for deployment at Mohali Head office.. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

**Responsibilities**

**What will I be doing?**

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Implement all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
- Closely monitor account revenue and business production for Corporate / FIT / M.I.C.E. accounts.
- Maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
- Plan sales trips to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas.
- Report on potential markets needing coverage.
- Secure information of competitors, such as rates, top accounts and productions, rooms, F&B and events
- Develop increased room nights as well as banquet revenue.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience a
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Well versed in various areas of travel
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
