**POSITION TITLE**:Executive Chef - Indian and Continental Cuisine**

**EXECUTIVE CHEF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Design and develop diverse menus featuring a range of Indian and Continental dishes. Innovate and introduce new recipes and concepts to enhance our offerings and meet customer preferences.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Ensure consistent quality and adherence to culinary standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation and food safety practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
**EXPERIENCE**:
2 - 5 years experience as Chef (In Hospitality/Tours and Travels).
