Responsibilities:
Job Details:
The CDM System Architect will be responsible for interfacing with stakeholder teams (Finance & Sales & Operations), through the process of requirements gathering, analysis, software/system requirements, testing, project coordination, solutioning, impact analysis, tracking metrics and reporting. Also, work with a team of dedicated Information Technology (IT) Analysts, Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provides technical expertise in the IT or Engineering field, to effectively manage complex technical Architectures.
- Familiar with delivering projects following the standard ITIL process.
- Experience working in close collaboration with technology and engineering teams, driving the successful, sustainable delivery of 24x7 systems and services, including transition to operations.
- Participate in working sessions in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develops, teaches, and trains project management and non-project management personnel as required.
- Deep understanding of CDM business processes and systems related to ERP, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft ecosystem.
- Draft system architecture and design documents, gather requirements, build test and deployment plans, manage communications, and own initiatives from inception through rollout.
- Maintaining, testing, and improving business and systems operations.
- Maintain a holistic view of all CDM processes and users to understand functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.
- Work in Agile development methodology.
- Build Reports and automation using Microsoft Power BI and Power platform tools.
- Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience designing solutions and building requirements for CDM platforms that translate into low friction and high impact business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Must have strong problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, creative/innovative thinking, attention to detail, and previous systems/business analyst experience.
- Must show positive attitude, strong self-motivation, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to determine appropriate sense of urgency.
- Good understanding of software development life cycles.

Technical Competence:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or closely related field
- Five years of experience in information technology project delivery or complex IT Systems, with consulting experience as a technical lead or prior IT management experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have knowledge in Development, Production support or Operations area.
- Expertise in Data warehouse and ETL tools like BODS (Business Objects Data Services), DataStage, Business Objects, AWS Aurora and AWS Redshift
- Must have knowledge experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar tools.
- Must have knowledge in Microsoft office tools, particularly Excel, VBA and Access
- Nice to have knowledge of webMethods or any such integration tools.
- Nice to have knowledge of SAP HANA, Microsoft D365, Enovia or similar tools in ERP, CRM and PLM
- Nice to have knowledge in Power Platform apps, Power BI, Power App, Power Automate/ Flow
- Experience in project management skills
- Working experience in SQL Query or other programming languages.
