**Responsibilities**:

- **Architectural Design**: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural plans for various real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through construction and completion. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Code Compliance**: Stay current with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant laws to ensure all designs and projects are in compliance.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- **Site Analysis**: Conduct site evaluations and analysis to determine project feasibility and site-specific design considerations.
- **Client Interaction**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, and provide design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in developing project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- **Sustainability**: Promote sustainable design practices and integrate environmentally friendly features into architectural designs where applicable.
- **Documentation**: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation necessary for permitting, construction, and project management.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of construction and design quality.
- **Trends and Innovation**: Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and real estate development to continuously improve design processes.
- **Risk Assessment**: Identify and address potential design and construction-related risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- State licensure as a Registered Architect is required.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management in any developer / real estate company.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices is a plus.
