Telecaller for Web Designing and Digital Marketing Company

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our web designing and digital marketing company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our services to drive business growth. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate the value of our web design and digital marketing solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads by researching and identifying potential clients in the target market.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our web design and digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and follow-up strategies.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultative selling to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of our company's offerings, industry trends, and competitors' services.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and packages.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Document and update customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective strategies and achieve common goals.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in web design and digital marketing to provide relevant information to clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales role, preferably in the web designing and digital marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Ability to work independently and target-driven, with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to effectively manage customer data.
- Knowledge of web designing, digital marketing, and related terminology will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and embrace new ideas and strategies.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
