**Position Overview**:
The Admin/Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and administrative functions of the organization. This position ensures seamless communication between internal teams and clients, streamlines administrative processes, and contributes to the overall success of the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
- Assist in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Provide after-sales support by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for the management team.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment while maintaining budgets.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of company documents, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and deadlines for all administrative operations.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Support marketing efforts by coordinating promotional activities and campaigns.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance team to manage account receivables and payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the HR team for onboarding, attendance management, and employee welfare activities.
- Assist the management team with special projects and tasks as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, office-based position.
- May require occasional travel for meetings or events.
