**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration and Support**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and maintaining an organized office environment.
- **Client Handling and Relationship Management**:

- Act as a point of contact for entrepreneurs, members, and stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Support client engagement efforts, including addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, and sponsors, enhancing TiE Chandigarh’s reputation and client experience.
- **Backend Operations Management**:

- Oversee backend operations such as database management, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline backend processes and maintain organized and accurate records for events, memberships, and other initiatives.
- **Event Coordination and Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics, setup, and guest coordination.
- Ensure smooth operations during events, providing support to staff, members, and attendees as required.
- **Financial and Inventory Management Support**:

- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring that all necessary items are stocked and available.

**Work Schedule and Availability**:

- The standard workweek is five days, Monday through Friday, with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during events or special programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or as an office assistant, ideally in a nonprofit or entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
