- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned and systematic manner
- Licensing, tracking and activation of the agents
Must be a Graduate
Age should not be beyond 38 years
Should have 1+ Years’ experience in AGENCY CHANNEL( Life Insurance/ Health Insurance/General insurance )
