Role Description: Presales Executive
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive at TG Developers in Bengaluru. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales, RFP management, and customer service on a daily basis.
Qualification- Graduate /Post Graduate
Roles and Responsibility:
Responsible for giving the right information about the projects and promoting the same.
Making calls: Using inbound and outbound calls to contact potential and existing customers
Responsible for lead follow up and lead conversions.
Coordinating site visits with clients.
Coordinate with CRM and Marketing team.
Corporate events and activities for lead generation.
Identifying the prospects by cold calling.
Give them the presentation of the projects and take them to the site.
Explain detail information of the project and close the deal.
Build relationships with new clients.
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Handle critical issues of the project in co-ordination with the Site staff.
Participate in Exhibitions and Trade shows.
Managing good relationship with customers. Interaction with existing and new
customers.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Presentable candidate with Good Telephone Etiquette, Convincing Skills.
Should be able to work with a Team. Good at Computers .(MS- Office)
