**Job Title: Position: Part-Time Company Secretary (CS)**

**Location: Bhopal**

**Firm: VBSB & Associates, Chartered Accountants**

We are looking for a part-time Company Secretary (CS) responsible for ROC (Registrar of Companies) filing and other secretarial work for clients typically handles a range of duties related to legal and regulatory compliance. The Company Secretary (CS) is accountable for various role involves ensuring that a company meets its obligations under company law and maintains statutory records. CS focused on these responsibilities:
**Roles and responsibilities**

**1. ROC Filing**:

- Prepare, review, and file various ROC forms and documents, including annual returns, board resolutions, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure timely submission of all required ROC compliance documents and maintain records of filing deadlines.

**2. Compliance Management**:

- Advise clients on their legal and regulatory obligations under company law and other relevant laws.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and update clients on any legal implications or compliance requirements.

**3. Secretarial Work**:

- Assist clients in maintaining statutory records, including registers of members, directors, and shares.
- Draft and maintain minutes of board meetings and general meetings.
- Prepare and maintain share certificates, dividend warrants, and other related documents.

**4. Due Diligence and Auditing**:

- Assist clients in preparing documentation for due diligence processes and audits.
- Ensure that the necessary records and documents are readily available for regulatory inspections and audits.

**5. Advisory Services**:

- Provide guidance to clients on corporate governance, ethical practices, and compliance best practices.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to company law and secretarial matters.

**6. Record Keeping**:

- Safeguard and maintain all legal documents and records in an organized and accessible manner.
- Ensure records are updated, accurate, and easily retrievable for future reference.

**7. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Address client concerns and tailor services to meet their specific needs.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- A degree in company secretaryship or a related field.
- Relevant experience in ROC filing and secretarial work.
- Knowledge of applicable company laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
