- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as SPOC between regions and factory - From manufacturing scheduling to shipment to job sites
- Responsible for meeting the shipment forecasts as described in the annual plans
- Work with sales & field teams for scheduling the units for manufacturing
- Coordinate with factory teams including planning, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for planning and executing the shipments
- Prepare and communicate the status of the shipments to the customers
- Establish the KPI’s and execute on the KPI’s delivery
- Prepare and communicate the monthly KPI performance & BOY outlook.
- Contribute to the S&OP meetings for key accounts.
- Prepare and communicate the data required for material planning including back log units, potential scheduling in upcoming months
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum requirement of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institution. MBA from reputed institutions shall be added advantage
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of total work experience which includes experience in factory operations, sales & product management. Experience in project management shall be an added advantage. Must have experience working with multilingual, cultural & national customers, sales forecasting, market analytics, business planning, and coordination of deliverables with numerous functions.
- ANY OTHER KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES IF REQUIRED

Strong/clear communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Must be proficient in English (spoken, written) Ability to team across functions & countries and resolve conflicts Proficient with MS office tools.
