  • Contract Drafting and Review:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contract terms and conditions.
  • Contract Management:
  • Maintain and update the contract management system with all relevant contract information.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Identify potential legal risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
  • Conduct regular audits of contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations that could impact contracts and company operations.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, procurement, and project management teams, to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties regarding contractual and legal matters.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication regarding contract status, changes, and requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues.
  • Analyze contract data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on contract-related and legal issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field. A Master’s degree (LLM) or JD is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or equivalent).
  • Experience in the technology, defense, or electronics industry.
  • Familiarity with international contract laws and practices.
  • Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require occasional travel.
