JD -Sales Executive IFM Industry
**Position: Sales Executive - Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)**
**1-2 years of experience in sales, tendering, or business development.**
Key Responsibilities:
**Tender Identification and Participation**:
Research and identify relevant government tenders in the IFM industry through platforms such as GEM, eProcurement portals, and others.
Assist in preparing tender documentation, ensuring all requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for submissions.
Monitor tender submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
**Sales and Business Development**:
Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bids to secure contracts.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate strong closing skills and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of government tendering processes (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the IFM industry.
1-2 years of experience in sales, tendering, or business development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
