We are hiring the below position for our Head Office.
*Position: - Front Desk Receptionist*
*Qualification: Any Graduate*
*Experience: 3+ years*
*Job Location: Head Office, Ahmedabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Attending routing and screening incoming and outgoing calls.
Greeting visitors, responding to inquiries from visitors, and providing information about the organization efficiently
Informing concerned team members of visitor's arrivals
Facilitating meetings the visitors in the shortest time
Maintaining privacy and efficiency of the flow of visitors
Co-ordination with pantry boys when any guests arrived and looking after their tea, and snacks provided from time to time and informing pantry boys to take empty vessels back on time
Create a very good impression about the company
Coordinating with the admin department, housekeeping, and office boy as required
Maintaining Reception areas.
Handling the tasks of tracking and dispatching couriers on daily basis.
Booking rooms for meetings and conferences and keeping track of the same
