- SM Marains Advances Gearboxes India Pvt Ltd is a marine engineering solutions company that has been in business since 1962. The company is based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu and is a leader in the marine fishing industry.
- SM Marains manufactures, exports, and retails marine gearboxes, marine propulsion engines, and marine engines. We also sell ADVANCE brand marine gearboxes and SINOTRUK brand marine diesel engines across India's coastal states.
**Responsibilities**:
**1**. Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Manage customer relationships from initial contact to post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
3. Present product proposals, and pricing to key decision-makers, addressing any objections and closing sales.
4. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development using CRM software.
5. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving revenue goals and quotas.
**Qualifications**:
- **Any degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
