**Office Location**: MILhomes.in Property, Shop 9, Plot 70, Moreshwar Heritage, Sector 5, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai. (Opposite Bamandongri Railway Station)

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Your Job involves client-facing, you would be responsible for Client/Customer Counseling and handling customers who visit our office.
- Our Customers come through online Marketing Channels, which are lined up for Walk-ins in the office by the pre-sales team, thereafter you have to fulfil the duty of the Sales Executive and show our Project sites. etc.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
- Responsible for handling client inquiries and servicing customer needs.
- Be an expert on issues of the real estate industry, prices, competitors, and market conditions, and be a quick learner, etc.
- Take customers for site visits and explain every detail of the project.
- Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospective clients.
- Contribute to the major goals of the Company in uplifting sales/revenues.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Any graduate - Any specification or 12th Pass with experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a sales executive or a relevant role.
- Should be able to drive a car and have a valid Driving Licence.
- Real Estate Industry knowledge or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
