Remote Personal Secretary for Two Busy Executives

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and organize calendars for both executives, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events across different time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for both domestic and international travel.
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, shopping, and household management for both executives.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the companies owned by the executives, including liaising with different departments and managing project timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support the executives’ personal and professional needs.
- Be available during specific hours to support the executive based in the USA (EST).
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or similar administrative role supporting high-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and demands, including availability during EST hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Background verification will be conducted prior to employment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
