We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all required information is captured and entered into the system.
- Generate invoices based on the orders received and ensure timely dispatch of the same.
- Proactively follow up with the logistics team to obtain the status of material delivery and communicate it to customers, keeping them informed about the availability and estimated delivery times.
- Fill out Google forms with necessary details, such as order information, dispatch details, and attach the LR (Lorry Receipt) copy, ensuring accurate and complete information for internal and customer records.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product information, update customers on order status, and address any inquiries related to product availability or specifications.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages would be a plus).
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Prior experience in order management and invoice generation is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes would be advantageous.

- Strong time management skills to ensure timely order processing and follow-up.
