We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. As a female Digital Marketing Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our digital marketing services and solutions to clients. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing and your ability to build strong relationships to generate leads, pitch our services, and close deals. Your focus will be on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their marketing needs, and providing tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.

**Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture relationships with clients, including business owners, marketing managers, and decision-makers. Understand their marketing goals, challenges, and pain points.

**Consultative Selling**:Conduct in-depth discussions and consultations to understand clients' digital marketing needs. Educate them about the benefits of digital marketing strategies and present our services as tailored solutions.

**Proposal Development**: Prepare customised sales proposals and presentations based on clients' requirements. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our digital marketing services.

**Sales Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business. Address any objections or concerns raised by customers and guide the sales process to successful closure.

**Collaboration with Marketing Team**:Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies. Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Ensure client satisfaction, address any issues, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software. Provide regular sales reports, including forecasts, progress against targets, and market insights.

**Industry Networking**:Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads, gain industry knowledge, and expand professional connections.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven work experience in digital marketing sales, business development, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
